Goals
- Promote systems innovation and active learning to guide student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking.
- Develop a practical Toolkit based on the 4-step TEAM process: TEAMWORK → EXPLORE → ACTIVATE → MANAGE, implemented iteratively to ensure reflection and learning.
- Provide teachers with facilitation techniques grounded in systems thinking and innovation principles for effective workshops, meetings, and project guidance.
- Enhance digital literacy and collaboration skills through blended learning, both in-class and online.
- Use knowledge visualization and visual tools to simplify complex concepts and enhance understanding.
- Support participants in creating action plans, testing assumptions, and linking projects to EU priorities, deepening their understanding of European challenges.
- Strengthen financial literacy and project management skills, enabling students and teachers to implement mini-pilot projects effectively.
