METHODOLOGY & TEAM PROCESS
TEAMCHERS empowers teachers and students through a four-step learning journey:
TEAMWORK
EXPLORE
ACTIVATE
MANAGE
Using collaborative, challenge-based, and project-driven methods, participants develop skills in teamwork, innovation, and problem-solving, turning ideas into real projects with local and European impact.
TEAMCHERS follows a structured TEAM learning process that guides teachers and students through collaborative, challenge-based, and action-oriented education. The methodology consists of four stages: TEAMWORK (building effective teams and digital collaboration skills), EXPLORE (analysing real-world challenges and generating creative ideas), ACTIVATE (transforming ideas into actionable project plans), and MANAGE (mentoring, project implementation, and monitoring progress).
By combining systems thinking, interactive facilitation tools, and project-based learning, TEAMCHERS empowers participants to work together, innovate, and develop solutions with local and European impact, fostering essential skills for active citizenship and modern education.
